OEM Engineering Lead will be responsible for driving the development and integrationof Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) products. This role requires deeptechnical expertise in ADAS technologies, system integration, and OEMcollaboration. The ideal candidate will act as the technical lead, ensuringsmooth execution of ADAS programs from concept to production while interfacingwith internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding ofautomotive engineering, ADAS technologies, and integration processes.
Oversee the engineering design, development, and integration of ADAScomponents, including sensors, cameras, radar, lidar, and control systems.
Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless systemintegration into OEM vehicle platforms.
Manage technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
Act as the primary technical interface between the company and OEMcustomers for ADAS product development.
Lead discussions on system integration, requirements, and validationprocesses.
Ensure alignment between OEM requirements and internal engineeringcapabilities.
Manage technical reviews, design reviews, and program milestones withOEMs.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement correctiveactions as needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in ADASdevelopment.
Requirements
BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial engineering
with 8-12 years Bachelors or Masters degree in CSE, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or arelated field.
Strong knowledge of ADAStechnologies
Hands-on experience in ADAS systemdesign, integration, and validation.
Proventrack record of working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotiveindustry.
Strong foundation in automotiveengineering, embedded systems, and control systems.
Experience leading technicaldiscussions, product integration, and system validation with OEMs.
