Job Description
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of Senior Vice President/Country Head position for India and Philippines Operation. This position will work closely with the companyGlobal CEO and Executive Vice President, serving as Head of Business operations sales and Delivery and as the main link between the different divisions within the company and clients. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone with previous P&L management experience and a proven track record for effective team management, client management, Business Development, Account management, delivery management, Operations management, and results-driven leadership.

- Develop and execute the business strategy to meet business current and future needs/goals.
- Manage the P&L for India and Philippines market.
- Manage and drive Business growth in terms of both Top line and Bottom line as well as market share, headcount.
- Focused to meet targets like Top line, bottom line, Margins and Operational targets like utilization etc.
- Work with Global Leadership team in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans for both India and Philippinemarket as well as global projects.
- Work with Top management and CFO in the development of financial and budgetary plans
- Manage the business team through data-driven methodology.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and execution.
- Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes.
- Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, Clients, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
- Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Adhere to the companypolicies and standards and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed.
- Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive team environment.
- Ability to coach and influence business leaders for both India and Philippines market.
