Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Purpose:
- The OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the robotics industry.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the robotics market, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and qualify potential OEM customers in target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at OEM companies.
Sales Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with OEM customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
