Job Description
Define and determine short/medium- and long-term Finance strategies to support companys
overall strategy and objective
- Provide Leadership to the Finance and Accounts Team for the following: Day-to-day financial
requirements such as Billing & Invoicing, Revenue Management, Cash Flow Management,
Accounting, Financial administration, Capital Expenditure, Accounting & Budgeting, Inventory
Management (for hardware sales), Insurance, Compliance & Audit requirements and Taxation
Matters
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key financial metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue
(MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), churn, and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights and recommendations to the
Leadership team to guide business decisions
- Design, develop and implement mechanism for raising debt - ECBs, NCDs and other optimal
sources of capital
- Support commercial related activities including, but not limited to, deal structuring, contract
creation, approval for offers, contract management and credit limits for clients.
- Financial and business forecasting, preparation of financial statements, planning and reporting;
internal Financial and Business Reporting; Supervising and coordinating Accounts
Reconciliation including contingency liabilities.
- Oversee and monitor effective tax strategies and Statutory and Government compliance GST,
TDS, ROC etc; Manage the overall tax operations for timely delivery of all tax compliances - direct
and indirect and as also minimize audit deficiencies
Requirements
Requirements
7+ years of post-qualification experience (Qualified CA / CFA / CMA) with strong analytical skills
- Experience with a SaaS Tech organisation / experience with a start-up would be an added
advantage
- Experienced in Financial Closing, Planning, Controls & Compliance, Indian Accounting Standards,
Taxation requirements and Payroll
- Accelerator who loves building teams and businesses, and being a catalyst for improvement and
excellence
- Strong Finance-Business Connector for designing and embedding the Finance strategy for value
creation and growth
- Good understanding of best practices in the SaaS-tech industry
- Strong proficiency with Financial Systems
