Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Oversee the hotelfinancial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts .
Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and analyse variances.
Financial Reporting
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Internal Controls
Design, implement, and maintain effective internal control procedures.
Protect hotel assets and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Tax Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external tax advisors, manage tax audits, and prepare tax returns.
Qualifications:
CMA Qualified, CA Inter, or MBA in Finance with relevant FP&A experience.
Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
