Role & responsibilities
1. To raise short term resources in consultation with management.
2. To introduce efficient cash flow management system
3. To monitor company finances on a regular basis
4. To prepare & send yearly CMA Data as well as monthly Working capital reports to banks for DP entitlement & Insurance Company.
5. Recommend effective financing options for release of Working Capital blockage & reduce interest.
6. Prepare the annual budget for the entire organization & ensure monthly reporting including identifying Reasons for variations & suggest corrective action plan .
7. To review & report monthly P&L as well as B/S & cashflow
8. To prepare for various audits and resolve/ address any queries raised by Auditors.
9. To create any reports related to profitability or any other report as and when required by Management.
10. To ensure that the stocks & Assets are adequately insured as required by Banks.
11. To ensure all statutory compliances on a timely and accurate basis in respect of Direct as well as Indirect tax & other applicable Laws.
12. To ensure Product , customer wise business control reports to management
13. Work in collaboration with Head of Sales & Head of Purchase to ensure optimum working capital management.
14. Successful implementation of ERP System
Preferred candidate profile
MCom with 20 years experience in Finance and Accounts, managing independently with Auditors
or
Inter C.A with at least 10 year experience in Finance & Accounts with hands on knowledge of ERP system
