Finance and Accounts Manager - immediate joiner

Role & responsibilities

Profit and Loss Management: Oversee P&L, analyze variances, and manage cost controls to enhance profitability.

MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management.

Financial Statement Preparation: Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.

Management Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly management reports on financial performance.

Statutory Audit: Manage the audit process, liaise with auditors, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

CA/CPA preferred

Strong expertise in P&L management, MIS, and financial reporting.

Experience with statutory audits and financial statement finalization.

Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
