Back-end developer - Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a back-end developer to work in our development team on an enterprise SaaS application. The applicant will be part of a Scrum team working in a fast-paced environment in close collaboration with development, QA and support team. The position will initially be remote with a home base in NCR.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop well-designed, secure, testable, efficient software adhering to best-practice coding standards.
• Collaborate with front-end and UX/UI developers to design and integrate back-end using Rest APIs.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements needed for developing back-end features.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 3-4 years relevant programming experience in application development.

Skills & Other Requirements:

• Must have advanced development experience in Java 8 features such as streams and lambda expressions
• Must have Frameworks experience (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate
• Must have excellent experience of REST API Development
• Must have some experience of developing enterprise applications.
• Must have some experience and knowledge of database: PostgreSQL, RDBMS.
• Experience in Security: authentication and authorization desired
• Experience in frontend development and Angular 11+ desired
• Should have good knowledge of writing unit test cases with any of the framework JUnit, Mockito etc.
• Must have good research, PoC development, troubleshooting, debugging skills.
• Experience with source control solution GITHUB desired
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
