AVP/Sr Manager - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:
• To take charge of Companys Accounts, Finance, Income Tax, GST, Compliances, MIS and inter
functional / Operations responsibilities.
• Help the management steer company to its next level of growth
• Integrating various cross functional roles in Accounts/ Finance & Operations
• Balance sheet preparation of
• Audit
• Direct & Indirect Tax
• Statuary Compliances & filings
• Payroll management / Leave Deductions
• Monthly cash-flow budgeting, cost control and MIS reporting
• Mandate tracking and monitoring of receivable, billing, out of pocket expenses, TDS, GST and
recovery
• Banking transactions, parking surplus cash in FDR’s/ placement in high yielding instruments
• Periodic Monitoring of performance of various team’s team by capturing their respective costs and
revenue generation
• Take lead in overall responsibility of operations to support mainstream Financial Services activities.
• Performance assessment of ~12 SBU's (team leader’s/ practice leaders).
• Take ownership and lead in setting up processes, policies, MIS tools, and help the leadership team
in maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Capture reviews and smoothen various operational processes, participate in organizational
development activities by building systems/supporting teams.
Help build a “Positive Organisation” which believes in “being enabler” instead of “being giver”
Qualifications:
• CA/CA(Inter), ICWA with 6-10 years’ experience or CA’s with operating experience in service
organizations with direct responsibility of stated functions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Be a Team player and possess positive attitude
• Knowledge of corporate finance / financial sector industry is a plus.
