Role and Responsibilities

1. Conference and Seminar Organization:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, and other chamber events.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.

- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and attendee registration.

- Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

2. Sponsorship Management:

- Identify potential sponsors and partners for chamber events.

- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Create sponsorship packages and negotiate agreements.

- Ensure timely delivery of sponsor benefits and recognition.

3. Policy Advocacy:

- Stay updated with chamber policies and advocate for them during events and in relevant forums.

- Collaborate with central and state governments to ensure alignment and representation.

- Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and members, to promote chamber policies.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare post-event reports, analysing the success and areas of improvement.

- Monitor and report on sponsorship revenue and other key metrics.

- Provide insights and recommendations for future events based on feedback and analysis.

5. Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with chamber members, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure events meet their needs.

- Address any concerns or issues related to conference and seminars promptly.
