Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Accounts Manager

Experience Required: 6+ years

Education: Preference will be given to CA, CMA, CA/CMA-Inter, MBA

Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and implement compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and adherence to organizational policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for quarterly and annual audits and financial reporting.
• Handle tax computations, filings, and statutory compliance.
• Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Review of day to day Accounting transactions and tax compliances.
• Daily monitoring of inventories and monthly reconciliation.
• Review of Bank reconciliation statement.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Tally, ERP software, and advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and maintain accurate records.
• Strong understanding of Income Tax, GST, TDS, EPF & ESIC.

Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG sectors will be given preference.
