The AM will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions within the insurance industry, managing existing customer accounts, and fostering long-term relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance sector, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the use of our software solutions among existing customers.
2. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products to current clients.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our software to existing customers.
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within existing customer accounts.
5. Provide ongoing support and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our software.
6. Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.
7. Gather customer feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our products.
