Job Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for MantraCare's wellness programs.
- The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting mental health and wellness services, with a strong ability to network, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn reachouts, and networking at corporate events to generate new business.
- Qualify prospects by presenting and promoting MantraCare's wellness services and converting discussions into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and to ensure upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Regular updates of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Master's in Business Administration with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness/healthcare/service industries.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, securing partnerships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in creating and executing growth strategies that align with industry-specific trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work effectively with cross functional teams.
