Job Description:
- We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team and drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.

- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the sales team performs at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals and targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and annual sales budgets.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and development to team members to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and set goals for sales team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring that all aspects of the relationship are maintained and nurtured.
Sales Execution & Operations:
- Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to ensure that targets are being met and identify any areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, product management) to support sales efforts and ensure successful delivery of products/services.
- Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of sales data and progress toward sales targets.
Market & Product Knowledge:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements or new product offerings that could benefit the sales process.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers effectively.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and performance.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales activities.
