Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of cold calling, lead generation, and managing client relationships.
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our presence in the Indian market, and managing a team of sales executives.
- You will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, work closely with marketing to align on messaging, and lead the team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Oversee cold calling and outreach strategies, ensuring the team successfully generates qualified leads across the Indian market.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring consistent achievement of team goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, expand client base, and ensure business growth in line with company objectives.
- Client Needs Analysis: Understand client needs and challenges, ensuring the sales team presents the right solutions to meet those needs.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked, followed up on, and converted efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on sales messaging, product offerings, and client targeting strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, team performance, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Proposal and Presentation Creation: Assist the team in developing tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and preferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Sales Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and managing client relationships.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and managing sales teams, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong experience in using CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated & Results-oriented: A driven individual with a passion for sales, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
