Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in cold calling and lead generation, particularly in the IT industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential clients in the Indian market, driving revenue growth, and contributing to our business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls and reach out to prospective clients across the Indian geography.
2. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
3. Understand client needs and present relevant solutions to address their challenges.
4. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with interested leads.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy and messaging.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
7. Assist in creating proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in cold calling, with a proven track record of generating leads and achieving targets within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is preferred.
2. Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian market and its business landscape.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and professionally.

Location: India (Remote)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Day Shift)
