About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training and development needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Manage sales processes and ensure efficient use of CRM systems.
- Generate and analyze sales reports and performance metrics.
- Monitor sales activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures.
Market Analysis and Business Development:
- Identify and target new market segments and potential clients.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- 4+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales management role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
