Job Description
B1. Prepare Monthly Operations Plan for the project
B2. Work with existing clients to increase the scope of business
Project Management/ Coordination
1. Ensure proper planning and execution of projects within prescribed timeline and deliverables
2. Achieve quantitative targets as defined in the AOP
Process Improvement
P1. Digitise and automate processes to promote ease and scale of operations
P2. Documentation of SOPs
P3. Constant improvement of processes in operations, compliance and audit
Data Capture
1. QC of documents and support with communication to clients for monthly dispatch details
2. Review & continuously develop the DWCC/MRF app on Zoho in collaboration with IT department
3. Analysing and monitoring data accuracy in DWCC & MRF app
Documentation and Reporting
D1. Quality check of databases of documents like Inward & Outward registers, Sorting logs, WS, LR, DC, ADC, CPCs
D2. Compilation & submission of the above documents on the client app
D3. Coordination with end destinations for CPCs. Raise escalations where required
D4. Coordination with the transport agencies for availability of Vehicles and submission of ADCs. Raise escalations where required
D5. POC with auditor for client documentation - tracking and ensuring timely approvals, follow up on clarifications when required
D6. Keeping track of old MOUs with vendors, ULBs and end destinations and ensuring timely renewals
Audits
A1. Facilitate internal audits-client audits
A2. Facilitate 3 rd part audits across DWCCs and MRF/PRF
Field Survey
F1. POC to establish and sustain partnerships with Urban Local Bodies (ULB s) across various locations. Secure required approvals and authorizations with the ULBs.
Sourcing
S1. Keep track of AOP, monthly forecasting and review with the team (supervisor, entrepreneur) to ensure targets are met. Reach out to TMCs when required
S2. Onboard new sources in case the current sources are not fetching the desired quantity
Logistics
L1. Planning and monitoring weekly and monthly dispatches
Billing and Quality Check
B1. Coordinate with accounts departments for payments for Vendors
B2. QC of billing -invoices of vendors & raise client invoices
B3. Support vendors for submission of invoices on VMS
B4. Quality check of dispatch documents on MRF app - WS, DC,LR,ADC, Inward & Outward registers.
B5. Quality check of documents at DWCCs (Inward & Outward registers, sorting log)
Resource Management
R1. Monitor performance of the team
R2. Team building and capacity development of the team
Requirements
Bachelors/Masters degree with relevant experience, freshers are most welcome to apply.
