Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with 6-8 years of experience in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential clients.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Ensure successful contract execution and client onboarding.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales activity, forecast sales revenue, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Use this information to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Business Development Experience: 6-8 years of successful experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Market Analysis: Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-driven.
