About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Center Manager to oversee the daily operations.
- This is a full-time position requiring strong leadership, practice management, and customer service skills.
- The Center Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the center, providing exceptional patient care, and managing the center's budget.
Responsibilities:
- Practice Management: Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the eye hospital, including patient scheduling, billing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Hospital Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive patient experience at every touchpoint.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the center's budget, monitoring expenses and revenue.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with staff, physicians, patients, and management.
- Prepare regular reports on center performance.
- Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient needs.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address any areas for improvement.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the center's services and attract - new patients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in practice management or hospital management, preferably in an eye hospital or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software.
