- We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Ads Manager specializing in Google Ads and Facebook Ads to join our marketing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with other marketing team members to meet business goals and drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities:.
Campaign Management:.
- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (including Instagram).
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from strategy to design, implementation, and optimization.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
Strategy & Planning:.
- Create targeted advertising strategies based on business objectives, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience analysis to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and apply them to campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to measure success and identify optimization opportunities.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. ) to track campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and action plans.
- Oversee ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across campaigns and channels.
- Optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI and improve performance.
A/B Testing & Optimization:.
- Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Regularly adjust and optimize campaigns based on data insights and testing outcomes.
