Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and innovative professional to join our team as a Manager - Digital Marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for content creation, social media engagement, and building strong influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
Social Media Management:
- Strategize, plan, and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Create engaging and shareable content to grow followers and increase engagement.
- Track social media analytics and adjust strategies based on insights.
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, connect, and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Develop and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of influencer partnerships on brand awareness and sales.
Google My Business (GMB):
- Manage and optimize Google My Business listings for multiple locations.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date business information on GMB.
- Leverage GMB features like posts, reviews, and insights to improve local SEO and visibility.
Content Writing and Concept Creation:
- Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for blogs, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to bring content and ideas to life.
Visualization:
- Oversee the creation of graphics, videos, and other visual content.
- Ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and GMB management.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
