Position Overview: This is a hunting role where you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients by selling wellness and employee benefits packages such as fitness memberships and more. This position demands a strong focus on revenue generation, meeting clear sales targets, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sell Corporate Wellness Solutions: Promote and sell wellness programs (fitness memberships, etc.) to corporate HR, Admin, and Procurement teams.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and target potential corporate clients through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
3. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals with a clear focus on revenue generation.
4. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
5. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued business and foster upsell opportunities.
6. Market Research: Stay updated on trends in corporate wellness and employee benefits, identifying potential needs within the market.
7. Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and progress toward targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Proven experience in selling wellness benefits, including fitness memberships, health check-ups, OPD programs, pharmacy benefits, or similar employee benefits, directly to corporate HR, Admin, or Procurement teams.
- Sales Track Record: Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate wellness programs and employee benefits solutions is highly desirable.
- Education: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. An MBA/Postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior corporate stakeholders.
