Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with strong experience in Tableau and Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating insightful dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments. You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau

- Use Excel to manipulate, clean, and validate data using formulas, pivot tables, and advanced functions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights

- Monitor data quality, identify issues, and propose improvements to data pipelines and reporting processes

- Present analysis and findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner

- Assist in the automation of data reporting and visualization processes

Required Qualifications:

- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field

- 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

- Proficient in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation

- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SQL or other data querying languages

- Familiarity with data warehouses and ETL tools

- Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling concepts

- Previous experience in [industry - e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce]
