Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like AppsFlyer, MoEngage, Braze, or similar platforms. You will be responsible for driving product initiatives aimed at enhancing customer journey, optimising retention rates, and boosting engagement across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and manage the product roadmap focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Align product initiatives with business goals, prioritising customer-centric features to optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and implement product features and campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition. Utilize tools like AppsFlyer for tracking, analyzing, and optimizing user acquisition channels, and ensure seamless integration with marketing efforts.
- Engagement & Retention: Leverage MoEngage, Braze, or similar engagement tools to drive personalised customer experiences and enhance product adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and data teams to define, test, and optimize retention strategies.
- Execution Excellence: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring that product features are delivered on time and with high quality. Focus on fast-paced execution while balancing long-term strategic goals.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver impactful product features. Ensure alignment across teams to create seamless customer experiences.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Continuously monitor customer behavior and feedback to identify pain points, opportunities for improvement, and emerging trends. Leverage this insight to refine product features and drive customer satisfaction.
- Optimization and Growth: Drive continuous improvement by testing new product initiatives and analysing the impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify opportunities for product growth and optimization to maximize lifetime value.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 2-3 years of product management experience, specifically in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Experience with AppsFlyer, MoEngage, Braze, or similar tools is required.
- Big-Picture Thinking: Ability to think strategically and see the broader picture while also focusing on the tactical aspects of execution. Proven track record of balancing long-term vision with short-term product delivery.
- Strong Execution Capabilities: Exceptional ability to lead product development from concept to launch with a focus on results. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively across different teams such as engineering, marketing, and design to drive product success.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate product vision, priorities, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
