Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new corporate business opportunities within the healthcare sector.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and generate revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, procurement managers, and HR professionals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Sales Management:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas and objectives.

- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Financial Performance:

- Develop and manage the sales budget.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, trends, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
