Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Understand resource requirements from various departments and create job description accordingly
• Be thorough with all Talent Acquisition policies and hiring processes
• Source profiles, screen candidates and schedule interviews of shortlisted candidates with hiring managers
• Support the Recruitment Manager in new joinee documentation and offer roll out
• Manage and promote internal employee referral campaigns to address specific resourcing
• Ensure comprehensive recruitment experience for all hires within assigned departments by adhering to offer rollout timelines, pre and post joining experience and smooth on-boarding in co-ordination with other stakeholders
• Contribute to reports on market trends, compensation data, organization structure and talent mapping
