Purpose of the Job •
The responsibility of the role holder is to source and identify top talent specifically for Sales roles in Non-IT domains, ensuring alignment with the hiring needs of the organization. • Build a strong pipeline of candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and tools, ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates for Sales positions. • Act as a key contributor in supporting the recruitment strategy for Sales hiring while maintaining a talent pool for current and future recruitment needs.
Key Deliverables •
Source candidates for Sales roles (e.g., field sales, business development, account management) using job boards, social media, and professional networks. • Screen resumes to evaluate candidates' experience, sales skills, and cultural fit. • Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates to assess their suitability and interest in Sales positions. • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand Sales hiring
requirements and job expectations. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for various Sales roles. • Track and manage candidate information and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Stay updated on market trends and competitor insights to support strategic Sales hiring initiatives.
Role Details
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. • Meet and exceed sourcing targets specifically for Sales roles, supporting recruiters in achieving hiring goals. • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored for Sales hiring. • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top Sales talent. • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on Sales hiring. • Any graduate degree; specialization in HR preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques, including sales-specific platforms and networks. • Female candidates preferred. • Comfortable with working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
