Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Zymr, a leading IT product engineering Company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on the IT software development sector. In addition, the candidate should be well-versed in the latest AI-driven sourcing tools and techniques to efficiently attract top talent.

Job Location: Pune
Required Experience: 5+ Years
Required Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a degree in Computer Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the reporting Managers and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and recruit top technical talent for various roles within the software development team not limited to technical hiring.
• Utilize a range of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and the latest AI-powered recruiting tools to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruiting metrics, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT software development industry.
• Proven success in recruiting technical talent for various roles.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-based sourcing tools, and other recruiting technologies.
