Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Talent

Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Credence Analytics. The ideal

candidate should have a proven track record of handling end-to-end

recruitment for entry to mid-level positions across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handled end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions across the functions in the organization.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, job boards), networking and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates qualification and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment in alignment with company policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.
• Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with 3-4 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of sourcing tools & techniques, including social media recruitment and Boolean search methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
