Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (US IT Recruiter)

Note: Need to work on US timing's.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible to overall assigned accounts and individual performance KPIs.

Responsible for coverage on all assigned accounts and requisitions as per Companys process

and procedures

Ensure all recruitment checklists are thoroughly followed

Report to Service Delivery Manager.

Pre-screening assessment within first 10 minutes

Notify Service Delivery Manager/AM your assessment/feedback and if you will NOT

work on the req

Search Hotlist/Ex/Current Consultants for leads or information

Collaborate with other recruiters or escalate with SDM/AM for any exceptions

Upon candidate submission

Create profile on Zoho and attach resume to submit to SDM for approval

Upon approval, secure all required details/agreements/files; make sure candidate is legit

and attach all required documents from candidate and submit to AM

Change Zoho status for each step immediately

Perform Final Quality Check before submission

Notify AM of the submission

Update on Daily Reports

Be on-time and submit quality work on

Daily Meetings, Daily and Weekly Updates, ……

Always build relationship with clients and candidates
