Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will lead and optimize SocialAngel's hiring strategies to attract, engage, and onboard top talent across all departments. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Leverage diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, campus placements, and networking events.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines for critical and high-demand roles.

2. Recruitment Process Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Craft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract the right talent.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Maintain regular candidate communication, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the recruitment cycle.

3. Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates, ensuring a seamless acceptance process.
  • Collaborate with HR and administrative teams to support a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Oversee pre-joining documentation and background verification processes.

4. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Enhance SocialAngel's employer brand through engaging job posts, career site updates, and creative social media campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring drives to strengthen employer visibility.

5. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports to provide actionable insights and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Manage recruitment budgets to ensure cost efficiency.

6. Process Improvement & Compliance

  • Develop and implement best practices for recruitment processes.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure full compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recommend and adopt recruitment tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

7. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner with HR leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, consultants, and agencies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of open roles and recruitment initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
