Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Takes care of recruitment and wide range of support activities within the HR team, from coordinating the meetings to maintain the employee database.

The important part of the role will be strong liaison between HR & Employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests.

To be a active contributor in Talent Acquisition, onboarding activities and banking formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR related information.
• Working with departments to streamline the hiring process and improve internal policies.
• Communicating with potential job candidates.
• Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs and forms.
• Managing the exit process
• Managing the Admin & IT support related activities.
• Managing the employee inductions.
• Responding to HR related queries within the company.
• Managing employee benefit programs and vendor management.
• Maintains database of employee records as well as all active and in active applications.
