Roles and Responsibilities:

Takes care of end to end recruitment and wide range of support activities

Coordinating the interviews with Panel members. Maintaining the recruitment database.

Sourcing through various job portals.

Calling and scheduling the interviews. Collecting the feedback and coordinating for offers.

To be a active contributor in Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR related information.
• Working with departments to streamline the hiring process and improve internal coordination.
• Communicating with potential job candidates.
• Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs and forms.
• Maintains database of all applicants.
