Roles & Responsibilities:

• The role is into home décor vertical of the company which is currently into luxury candles, diffusers, aromas etc.
• source, negotiate and purchase materials for company's requirement
• Evaluate vendors quotations to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required
• Planning and following up on the purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
• Performance reviews for vendors
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices to ensure all the criteria are meet according to the organizational requirement and specification.
• Implementing procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in procurement of raw materials.
• Extensive vendor network with the candle/aroma/wax & packaging material
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local language is an advantage.
