Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
- Oversee the performance of the sales team and drive productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of the sales team.
- Track key sales performance indicators and ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
- Work closely with marketing and branding teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Key Skills:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Extensive experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- MBA/Bachelors in sales and marketing
- Ability to interpret market trends and drive data-based sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting software.
