Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives.

- Provide training and guidance to improve team performance.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.

- Build relationships by sourcing CPs (Channel Partners), onboarding brokers, and generating business.

- Analyze sales data for insights and continuous improvement.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Leadership skills (required for senior roles).

- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations.
