Key Responsibilities:


- Define and drive the overall sales strategy in alignment with business goals.


- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.


- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and developers.


- Set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.


- Identify new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities.


- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with company growth plans.


- Oversee pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and business development activities.


- Represent the organization at high-level industry forums, conferences, and corporate events.


- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.


Key Skills:
