About the Role :
He/She will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and client acquisition for West - Mumbai, Pune, Goa and emerging market in zone if any. This role combines leasing strategy, sales leadership, and revenue optimization to ensure maximum space utilization and profitability. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial leasing, enterprise sales, and business development within the commercial real estate and or coworking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire enterprise clients, SMEs, and startups
- Lead B2B and B2C sales efforts, including corporate tie-ups, channel partnerships, and broker networks.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive lead generation, inbound inquiries, and brand positioning.
Leasing, Pricing Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with Growth Head to identify and secure new locations for expansion.
- Oversee the leasing strategy, supply options and structure lease terms, rental pricing, and contract negotiations to maximize revenue and attract long-term tenants.
- Manage the space allocation strategy based on client demand
- Track and report key metrics such as occupancy, revenue per seat, client retention, and lease conversions.
- Collaborate with revenue manager for effective pricing strategy
Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, coworking, or enterprise sales, with a focus on leasing and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of flexible workspace models, leasing contracts, and corporate real estate decision-making.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals and drive long-term business growth.
- Experience in team management, strategic planning, and performance-driven sales leadership.
- Excellent networking skills within the real estate industry, with established relationships across brokers, IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank), and corporate clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ZOHO, Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel
