Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy and revenue in the assigned region.
- Focus on selling cabin seats, office space seats, and large volumes of square footage, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Maintain and leverage strong relationships with IPCs and aggregator networks to generate leads and expand reach.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets independently while managing key opportunities and large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes, improve results, and maintain high occupancy rates.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5 + Years
- Proven sales experience in the coworking space or commercial real estate industry (residential experience will not be considered).
- Strong track record in selling office space and handling large seat volumes and square footage.
- Extensive network and strong relationships with IPCs and aggregators.
- Goal-oriented with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under pressure to meet targets
