Cluster Manager - Sales - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)

- South Mumbai (SOBO): CST, Churchgate to Bandra (1 open position)

- Western Mumbai: Bandra to Dahanu (1 open position)

- Navi Mumbai: Vashi to Airoli (1 open position)

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and train a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, and Field Executives to sell houses/flats.

2. Drive sales performance and ensure team members meet targets.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions.

4. Provide hands-on coaching to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.

5. Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead in the real estate sector.

6. Act as an individual contributor while also managing the team's overall performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Leadership & Team Management - Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams.

- Sales Expertise - Strong knowledge of the real estate market with a track record of achieving sales targets.

- Communication Skills - (Fluent in Marathi), English, and Hindi.

- Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and develop actionable strategies.

- Negotiation & Presentation - Strong client engagement and deal-closing skills.

- Education - Graduation or Post graduation in a relevant field.

Experience Required:

1. 8 to 10 years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry.

2. Hands-on experience in managing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
