Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to drive land sales to HNIs & CXOs in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a experience in real estate and land sales, strong industry contacts, and a deep understanding of Bangalore's real estate market, This is a strategic sales position in a dynamic startup environment


Key Responsibilities:

- High-Value Sales & Client Management

- Identify and develop relationships with HNIs, CXOs, and potential investors.

- Leverage personal and professional networks to generate new leads.

- Present and sell premium land investment opportunities with a focus on returns, market trends, and growth potential.

- Ensure complete transparency in sales discussions, avoiding overselling.

- Market Knowledge & Advisory

- Maintain a strong understanding of Bangalore's real estate market, including:

- Growth prospects

- Pricing trends & expected returns

- Competitor landscape

- Land acquisition & development processes

- Investor profiles & preferences

- Provide insights and advisory to clients based on real-time market intelligence.

- Event Coordination & Presentations

- Assist in planning and executing targeted events for HNIs and CXOs.

- Deliver high-impact presentations that highlight the value proposition of land investment opportunities.

- Leadership & Initiative

- Take on a key role in the startup culture, bringing initiative and adaptability.

- Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and strategy teams to refine sales approaches.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years in real estate/land sales, preferably in Bangalore.

- Strong connections in the HNIs & CXO segment.

- Experience in wealth advisory or brokerage firms with a focus on real estate investments (not just ownership sales).

- Proven track record of high-ticket sales and investment-driven deals.

Industry Knowledge:

- Expertise in Bangalore's real estate market, pricing trends, investment returns, and competitor strategies.

- Understanding of land acquisition & development processes.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

- Strong presentation and event coordination skills.

- Integrity and commitment to transparent sales practices.
