Job Title: Head of Sales Execution.
Experience: 10+ years.
Sales Closing Strategy & Execution:
- Lead and execute the closing strategy for both residential and retail/commercial units across the affordable segment.
- Focus on managing the entire closing process, including site visits, deal negotiations, payment collections, and finalizing agreements.
- Collaborate with the Head of Channel Sales to ensure smooth lead handoff and timely follow-ups to convert leads into closed deals.
Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, addressing inquiries, facilitating site visits, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Ensure a seamless experience from site visit to deal closure, fostering trust and satisfaction with residential and commercial buyers alike.
Target Achievement & Sales Performance:
- Set and achieve monthly targets related to site visits, closures, signed agreements, and payments received.
- Monitor team performance and provide support to ensure that closure targets are met consistently.
Payments & Documentation Management:
- Ensure timely collection of payments and proper completion of sales documentation, including agreements, contracts, and legal forms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the efficient processing of payments and final documentation for residential and commercial transactions.
Market Insights & Reporting:
- Stay informed on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends across both residential and retail/commercial sectors to refine closing strategies.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and support a small team of closing specialists, ensuring they meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and complete transactions smoothly.
- Foster a customer-focused, high-performance environment through continuous training, coaching, and support.
- Closing Expertise: Proven ability to lead the closing process for residential and retail/commercial units, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Skilled in negotiating favorable terms and closing deals that meet both client and company objectives.
- Sales Performance Management: Ability to set and achieve sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the successful completion of transactions.
- Team Leadership: Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams to meet targets and deliver results.
- Payment & Documentation Management: Expertise in ensuring timely payment collections and accurate documentation for residential and commercial transactions.
- Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize site visits, deal closures, and payment processes to meet deadlines.
