Sales Strategy (EA to Managing Director)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Role Overview:
The Sales Strategy (EA to MD) role is a high-impact position designed to assist the Managing Director in driving strategic initiatives, managing sales operations, and ensuring the seamless execution of key projects. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with proven expertise in sales strategy, business planning, and execution, with a focus on real estate or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability for projects with P&L responsibilities.
- Conceptualize and manage Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for large-scale real estate launches, ensuring record-breaking sellouts.
- Spearhead the strategy for luxury and super-luxury projects, achieving remarkable milestones such as billion-dollar pre-sales within days.
- Collaborate with CXOs and Directors on strategic decision-making for sales, marketing, and CRM functions.
Project Management:
- Orchestrate launch strategies and oversee execution for projects, delivering unprecedented sales outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth by planning and executing GTM strategies
- Pilot and scale the Direct-to-Customer (D2C) sales channel to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Operational Excellence:
- Overhaul existing processes by implementing end-to-end digitally integrated tech solutions, such as CRM tools and inventory management systems.
- Ensure real-time visibility and allocation of inventory to improve transparency and reduce wastage by over 65% during the pre-launch phases.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and CRM to execute strategies efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including bankers, brokers, and auditors, ensuring alignment and support for organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve business excellence in strategy execution and decision-making.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strategic Thinking: Expertise in business strategy, critical thinking, and long-term planning.
- Sales Leadership: Proven success in leading sales strategies and achieving record-breaking sellouts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Operational Excellence: Experience in implementing tech-driven solutions and process improvement.
- Team Management: Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA or equivalent in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 10+ years in sales strategy, business planning, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong exposure to luxury or super-luxury real estate projects is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, inventory management systems, and digital solutions.
