Job Summary:
The AGM - MIS will be responsible for managing financial data, generating reports, and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making. The role demands strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and analytical background with an MBA in Finance and experience in the real estate or luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business strategy and operations.
- Analyze financial statements, profitability, and key business metrics to provide insights for decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including revenue analysis, cost control measures, and variance analysis.
- Implement data visualization and reporting tools to enhance financial analysis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure accurate data reporting.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling for real estate projects.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance MIS systems and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in automation and digitization of financial reporting to streamline operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 5 + years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, and reporting, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present data insights to senior management.
- Leadership Abilities: Strong team player with the ability to manage stakeholders and drive financial initiatives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards relevant to real estate.
