Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the luxury real estate segment.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Develop pricing strategies and sales forecasts to align with business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, UHNWIs, and corporate clients.
- Understand client needs to offer tailored real estate solutions and services.
- Ensure exceptional client experiences, fostering trust and loyalty.
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute initiatives to expand the company's presence in domestic and international markets.
- Represent the brand at high-profile events and luxury real estate expos.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure cohesive and effective sales campaigns.
- Train and mentor sales team members, driving performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven approaches to refine sales strategies and achieve KPIs.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales or related industries, with a focus on strategy and business development.
- Strong network with HNIs, developers, brokers, and industry influencers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales growth in a competitive environment.
