Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and execute sales campaigns.
- Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching and motivation to drive sales success.
Business Development & Client Acquisition:
- Drive B2C & B2B sales, targeting HNIs, institutional investors, & retail clients.
- Strengthen relationships with real estate brokers & channel partners.
Market Expansion & Brand Positioning:
- Conduct market research & refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events & networking forums.
- Operational & Performance Excellence
- Utilize CRM tools for sales tracking & optimization.
- Ensure legal compliance in all real estate transactions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Achieve & exceed sales targets
- Maintain high lead conversion rates
- Build & retain a strong sales team
- Expand market presence in Tier-2/3 cities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction & referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in real estate sales with reputed developers/brokerage firms.
- Proven track record in high-value real estate transactions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation & relationship management skills.
- Experience working with HNIs, family offices & institutional investors.
- In-depth knowledge of Mumbai's real estate market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools & data-driven decision-making.
