Job Description

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's business goals and revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

- Forecast sales performance and allocate targets for teams and regions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with market demands.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales, negotiation, and client management.

- Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback during performance reviews.

- Build a high-performing sales culture through recognition, rewards, and development programs.

3. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Drive the acquisition of new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value deals with key clients and investors.

- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

- Act as the face of the organization in client meetings, events, and industry forums.

4. Operational Excellence:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales initiatives and campaigns.

- Optimize the sales process to reduce turnaround time and enhance efficiency.

- Oversee the creation of sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and presentations.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all sales activities.

5. Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to senior management.

- Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates, deal closures, and revenue growth.

- Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.

6. Market Expansion and Networking:

- Identify and explore new markets, segments, and opportunities for business growth.

- Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in real estate sales domain, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
