Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AVP Sales (Head Sales) to lead and drive the overall sales strategy . This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and exceeding revenue targets across all markets.
Education: MBA
Experience: 9-14 years of progressive sales experience in Sales, of which minimum last 5 years must be in the co-working space (mandatory).
Skills:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Other Requirements:
- Experience handling national sales roles.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
