Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented AVP Sales (Head Sales) to lead and drive the overall sales strategy for MyBranch Services Pvt. Ltd. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and exceeding revenue targets across all markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training and support.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, ensuring accountability and driving continuous improvement.
- Forecast sales accurately and develop strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and onboard talented sales professionals.
- Develop and implement performance-based compensation and incentive programs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and high achievement.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in the co-working space.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA
Experience: 9-14 years of progressive sales experience in Sales, of which minimum last 5 years must be in the co-working space (mandatory).
Skills:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Other Requirements :
- Experience handling national sales roles.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation - CTC: Up to INR 25 lakhs per annum (fixed) + INR 5 lakhs per annum (performance-linked incentives)
