Job Summary :


- The National Head of Digital Banking Adoption Services will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of digital adoption initiatives across all serviceable areas for Indian Bank. This role entails strategizing, planning, and executing programs to onboard customers onto the bank's digital products, increase digital adoption rates, and expand the digital business of the bank.


- The position requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of digital banking, and the ability to manage a nationwide team of Digital Banking Champions and other relevant personnel. Key


Responsibilities:


- Strategic Leadership Develop and implement national strategies to drive digital adoption across all regions. Set performance goals and ensure alignment with the bank's digital business targets.


- Lead and mentor regional heads and area managers to achieve organizational objectives. Program Management Oversee the planning and execution of digital adoption initiatives and campaigns. Ensure effective deployment of resources to maximize customer onboarding and digital product usage. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.


- Team Management Manage a nationwide team, including Digital Banking Champions, Team Leaders, and Area Managers.


- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide training, support, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.


- Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of digital adoption strategies. Maintain strong relationships with bank branches, regional offices, and corporate headquarters. Represent the Digital Banking Adoption Services in meetings and conferences.


- Performance Monitoring Track and report to Management on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital adoption. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Customer Focus Champion a customer-centric approach in all digital adoption activities. Develop process & strategy to address customer feedback and issues promptly to improve service quality.


- Innovate and implement solutions to enhance the customer experience with digital products. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance digital adoption. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure IGSSL & Indian Bank remains competitive.


- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Financial Management Prepare and manage the budget for Digital Banking Adoption Services. Monitor expenditures to ensure they align with financial goals and constraints.


- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality. Risk Management Identify potential risks related to digital adoption and develop mitigation strategies.


- Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with data privacy and security regulations. Implement and enforce policies to safeguard customer information and bank assets.


Requirements:


- Business Leader possessing excellent communication skills, able to establish sustainable relationships with senior leadership team, employees, customers, suppliers, and regulators.


- Proven success in strategy, planning and execution of business plans.


- Team working and Relationship building.


- Ethical management and integrity; Established local connections and networks.


- Being customer centric, to achieve customer satisfaction.


- Experience handling vendor & aggregator service would be an added skill for the role.
