ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM Frameworks (5-12 yrs)

Service Now developer

Location : Bangalore,Full time (work from office)

Interview mode : 4 rounds(2-Technical, 1-Manager, Final round will be F2F mandatory)

Job Description :

- Candidates should have 6+ years IT/Software Industrial exposure with extensive ServiceNow development experience

- 5+ years SNOW development knowledge with various modules (any two or three modules among ITSM, ITOM, CSM, PORTAL, HRSD, CMDB, Integration etc.)

- Strong development knowledge in JavaScript, AJAX (Java script + XML), Web Methods (REST, SOAP)

- Knowledge in AJAX (Java script + XML), Web Methods (REST, SOAP)

- Good to have ServiceNow portal, workflows, business rules, scripting (both JavaScript and Angular JS)

- Integration experience with other third-party tools are must.

- Design, coding, deployment, Administration, and migration knowledge.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile framework.

Certification in SNOW tools is a must :

- CSA & CAD.

- Should have experience in customer facing projects, team player and problem solver.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- ServiceNow development, implementation, fixing of production defects.

- Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery Process of DevOps.

- Operational activities of deploying code and monitory integrations
